The World Wide Travel Guide will not only help you sell your international destinations, it earns commission for you in these affiliated reseller programs. Banners for these vendors have been placed on appropriate pages in the WWTG. Your affiliate number is tracked to the point of sale and commission is awarded according to the individual vendor's agreement.
How do I get an affiliate number? When you subscribe, your profile has a form where affiliate links are to be entered. If you don't already have one, a link to each vendor's affiliate page is provided.
How and when am I paid my commissions? The answer to this question varies from vendor to vendor. We suggest you read the agreement for each of these affiliate programs where they will explain the commission rate, the method of payment and their terms and conditions.
Are these vendors reliable? We at Travel Agent Software have researched these vendors before including them in our product. If you find that a particular program is not up to your standards, please inform us and we'll look into it. We reserve the right to exclude a vendor from this service if performance, delivery or payment of commission becomes an issue. Your satisfaction is our top priority. |
Q: Some of these vendors say their programs are available through Commission Junction. What is that?
A: Commission Junction is an established affiliate marketing and partner marketing company. It is easy to set up an account by following the instructions at: http://www.cj.com/solutions/pub_marketplace.jsp. Here you can apply for an account, then set up your marketplace. You can get a link with your affiliate tracking number from the sample HTML found in each vendor's linking information.
Q: I have put my link in my profile but it doesn't work.
A: You have to enter the entire link, including the prefix http://www., in order for it to work properly. |
