Once you create an account and access your admin screens, you can customize your World Wide Travel Guide to suit your website.

The following five steps will brand, customize and link the World Wide Travel Guide to your web site.

Integration Services Available! If you do not have the time or the personnel to set up your account, we can do it for you. The basic charge is $250.00 for steps 1 – 3. Steps 4 and 5 are billed at $50 per hour. Contact with a description of your needs and well send you an estimate.

Step One (required): Travel Agency Information
Use this form to add the basic information about your agency. Your agency name, contact information and links to email addresses will appear throughout the guide, where appropriate. Every page of the guide will feature a contact form linking users to your agency through an emailed request form.

Step 2: Services Integration
This form links the guide to the two most important services on your website; your online booking engine and your specials pages. Enter one address for your online booking engine and a link will appear on each page of the guide. Enter an address to a specials page for each country (over 230 individual links). Say, for example, you have a page on your site featuring special packages to Fiji. You can enter the address http://www.mydomain.com/myFijiPage.html and select Fiji from the menu. Click “Add URL” and a link to your Fiji page will appear on every page in the guide having to do with Fiji.

Step 3: Branding
If you do not use this feature, then your world guide will appear with basic branding templates. Your company name will be displayed along with a link back to your website, as provided in Step 1: Travel Agency Information.

This form allows you to brand your guide a little (by uploading a graphic of your logo) or a lot (by entering HTML/XHTML headers and footers) depending on your needs and desired look and feel. Just browse for the logo image on your machine and upload it or enter the code for your header and footer in the appropriate text areas and click “Update”.

Note: When entering code containing hyperlinks and paths to image files, enter the universal path, i.e.
http://www.yourdomain.com/images/yourimage.jpg

Step 4: Recommendations and Comments
This form allows you to add a piece of text or HTML code (255 characters max) that will appear on the Overview (first page) of each country, right under the opening graphic. Use this space to add your personal touch to the countries of your choice. You can recommend a certain wine tour/cruise, add a link or a small image. Just enter your text or code, then select the country. Click “Add text to this country” and it is done. All changes take effect immediately.

Step 5: Affiliate Sales Banners
Throughout the guide there are banners linking to online merchants selling everything from travel books to plug adaptors. You can generate commission from these links if you add your affiliate information. Just enter the full link in the form and click “Update”. The awarding of commission is subject to the terms and conditions of the affiliate vendor. Follow the links provided to read about the various programs and apply if you don't already have an affiliate number.
